Tips for Wearing a Cloth Mask

In recent weeks, the Centers for Disease Contol have recommended wearing cloth face coverings when going in public. Although wearing a cloth mask won't protect you - it can help protect others - and others wearing a cloth mask protects you and others around them.

But it's important to know that when wearing a cloth mask there are steps you should take to help reduce the spread of Coronavirus and other germs, please follow these guidelines for putting on and wearing and disposing of a mask:

1.Before putting on a mask, clean hands with alcohol-based sanitizer or soap and water.

2.Hold mask by the ear loops and place a loop around each ear. Adjust mask to cover your mouth and nose.

3.Avoid touching the mask while in use. If you touch it, clean hands with alcohol-based sanitizer or soap and water.

4.Remove mask from behind. Discard immediately in a closed bin or a bin for cloth masks to be laundered, and wash hands.
