As part of our mission to help the area's less fortunate, St. Joseph Healthcare offers a number of financial assistance opportunities for individuals and families who qualify.

Special Payment Arrangements

For patients who cannot afford to settle their healthcare balance in full, we offer standard payment plan arrangements. Payment plans can be established for up to 24 months with a minimum monthly payment amount of $50. If you would like to discuss additional payment arrangement details or set up a payment plan, please contact Customer Service at 207-907-3631 and select option 1.

Financial Counseling

For patients who do not feel they qualify under the special income guidelines and cannot make payments as outlined above, we offer the opportunity to speak with a financial counselor to discuss an individualized repayment plan. To reach a financial counselor phone 207-907-3631
