Planned Gifts - Leave a Legacy
Planned giving is perhaps one of the easiest ways to make a very generous gift to the future of St. Joseph Healthcare. The simplest way is leaving a bequest or adding St. Joseph in Bangor to your will. A charitable gift annuity provides important tax benefits to you as well as fixed income for life! Other planned gifts include real estate gifts, trusts, retirement assets, and life insurance. We're happy to discuss options for planned giving and provide information for you to share with your family and financial advisors. Please call the Foundation at 907-1740 or email us to learn more.
Grateful Patient Program
Perhaps it was a kind word, a hug or a prayer that brought comfort to you or a loved one. It could have been a life-saving procedure or a visit from a volunteer during your hospital stay. Our mission calls for us to “demonstrate special sensitivity toward all persons, especially those who are suffering or vulnerable.”
St. Joe’s patients express their gratitude for this exceptional level of compassion in a variety of ways – through their kind words, smiles, letters of thanks and financial contributions. The Grateful Patient Program provides an opportunity to say “thank you” to the doctors, nurses and other team members who made a difference to you or a loved one. Read More
