Infusion Therapy Department

Services are available for patients with cancer and other diseases who require treatment on an outpatient basis. Our Infusion Therapy Department offers outpatient chemotherapy services, pre-operative and post-op antibiotic treatments, injections of anticoagulants, treatment of patients with multiple sclerosis, blood transfusions and infusion of I.V. fluids. The department is located in a comfortable area with individual, home-like treatment rooms.  Each room includes a wide-screen TV and DVD/CD player with remote control for patients to enjoy while they receive their treatments. Patient education is also included.

  The department is located on Level 2 of the CAM wing of St. Joseph Hospital on Broadway in Bangor.
