24 Hour Emergency

Our 15-bed Emergency Department is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It includes seven cardiac care rooms, including three critical care rooms, a decontamination room and rooms for treatment of emergency cases in: Obstetrics/Gynecology, Orthopedics and Ophthalmology (conditions and injuries of the eyes). There are also several suture rooms and a digital X-ray unit. The Emergency Department is staffed around the clock by physicians, physician assistants, registered nurses, CNAs and a secretary. Emergency Department greeters are also available from 7 a.m. to 11:30 p.m. Greeters help patients with registration and provide comfort to them during their visit.
