Senior Wise
Area seniors meet, eat and greet at this monthly "dinner theater" which includes an full course meal from appetizer to dessert in the St. Joseph Hospital Cafeteria at a discounted $6 price. This is followed by an educational presentation by a health expert.
The group meets the second Wednesday of every month beginning at 4:30 p.m. For more information on joining the Senior Wise Group, call 907-1720.

Better Breathers' Club
This support group for people with lung disease makes the latest healthcare information available to respiratory patients. The Club meets monthly at the Willette Conference Center, St. Joseph Healthcare Park, Building 1, 900 Broadway. Members enjoy guest speakers, and other activities. Diabetes Support Group
The St. Joseph Diabetes and Nutrition Center will sponsors a free diabetes support group starting in March. The group will meet the first Wednesday of March, April, May, September, October and November from 1 to 2 p.m. in the Willette Conference Center, Building 1, St. Joseph Healthcare Park, 900 Broadway in Bangor. Meetings are facilitated by a Certified Diabetes Educator. Group members share tips on diabetes management. Meetings frequently feature a guest presentation from a health professional on a timely diabetes topic. The public is invited.
