Join us for the 24th Annual Frank C. Chapman Memorial Golf Tournament! This year’s tournament will take place Friday, August 2, 2013 at Bangor Municipal Golf Course. The four-person team scramble will begin with an 8 a.m. shotgun start, and includes our always popular delicious Maine lobster bake. The event will conclude with awards and fantastic prize drawings!

This tournament has a long history of filling up early, so don’t be left out! Space is limited and requests will be accepted in the order received.

To secure your place in our tournament, simply mail us your completed sponsorship and/or registration forms. You can also submit your form online at stjoeshealing.org. Please keep in mind that many tournament sponsorship opportunities include a
complimentary foursome.
