Did you know...
Any self pay balance paid in full within 30 days of your first statement is eligible for a 10% discount.
For payment in full on or before the date of service or immediately upon receipt of their first statement, St. Joseph Hospital offers a 20% discount. Contact the Billing office for further details (at this time, this discount does not apply to invoices from St. Joseph Physician Practices / St. Joseph Ambulatory Care).
We offer a standard payment arrangement plan. For balances less than $1,000, we can extend a 12 month payment arrangement plan. For balances greater than $1,000, we can extend the repayment plan up to 24 months. For all payment plans, the minimum monthly payment amount is $25. Payment arrangements are not subject to any discounting.
St. Joseph Hospital offers a free care and discount program based on income guidelines. For details of this program or an application, please speak with the registration representative, or click here for more details and downloadable application forms, income guidelines and instructions.
For patients who don’t feel that they qualify under the income guidelines and can’t make payments as outlined above, we offer the opportunity to speak with a financial counselor to discuss an individualized repayment plan.
