The IRS Form 990 is an annual document that St. Joseph and other tax-exempt organizations are required to file with the Internal Revenue Service. It provides information on our mission, programs, and finances. The form also includes information in compliance with Maine Public Law, Chapter 624.

The following documents are what we file with the IRS with one exception. By law we are allowed to maintain the privacy of our donors, so you’ll note this information is missing from the following 990 forms.
